When you or your customers provide suggestions for improvement, we'll evaluate the requirements and do our best to provide the functionality in an upcoming release. In cases where extensive custom development is needed, we can work with you and other VARs to offset costs to the customer, making even large projects much more affordable.

We also offer tools to help you as you're entering into a new sale. We can provide pre-sales support as you evaluate your customers' needs, and in many cases can join you in meetings with your customers, on your behalf. When you register a new sales lead with us, we'll give you exclusive rights to sell to that customer during the trial period, as well as tools to build a customized walkthrough of the customer's company processes in the OpsStream™ partner demo application. It's much easier for the customer to visualize how the application will fit their needs, if they're able to see it in their business's context.

  • Off-site real-time mirrored redundancy of OpsStream™, allowing for nearly instant failover in the event of a catastrophic event at your client's data center
